How we develop your custom software
  1. 01
    Ideation and project discovery
In the initial phase, we discuss your project idea and assumptions. Together, we go through the scoping process, where we use brainstorming techniques to define the product’s roadmap, objectives, and timeline. During the discovery phase, we cover all essential areas, including user types and flows, data, processes, interfaces, and ideas, to fully define the product’s vision.
  2. 02
    Solution design
After defining the vision and business requirements, it’s time to translate them into a software requirement specification. Our software architects create a system blueprint that will operate under functional and non-functional constraints. The main goal is to ensure that the system’s architecture meets your business needs.
  3. 03
    Software development
In the programming phase, we recommend a team composition specifically tailored to your project’s requirements. Our developers code based on the established software requirement specification (SRS), employing an agile methodology. We divide the development process into sprints, allowing us to tackle the project in manageable pieces and ensure higher quality. This step-by-step approach helps us avoid future risks and technical limitations.
  4. 04
    Testing/QA
Launching software without quality assurance is risky, especially with growing end-user expectations. That’s why we’re committed to delivering quality software that meets all specifications. To achieve this, we include rigorous testing and QA processes throughout the development cycle.
  5. 05
    Deployment
Once the software is fully tested, it can be implemented into the live environment. This involves a series of steps on our end. Our skilled team ensures the software is fully operational and ready for use.

  6. 06
    Maintenance/DevOps
We provide a full-cycle software development service that includes environment configuration, roll-outs, and deployment. After project delivery, we offer maintenance and technical support services based on SLA (9-17 or 24/7).
Tools we use:
    Workflow: Agile, Scrum, Kanban
    Project management: Jira, Redmine
    Communication: Slack, MS Teams
Version Control Systems: Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket
    CI/Deployment Automation: Jenkins, Github Actions
    Container Management: Docker, Kubernetes
    Test automation: Selenium
    Cloud services: AWS, GCP

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Where is Right Information’s office located?
Our office is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Szczytnicki Park in Wroclaw, southwestern Poland. The city is well-connected to major European hubs like Berlin, Prague, and Warsaw. Additionally, Wroclaw has an international airport that offers regular flights to many European destinations.
  2. Do you sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?
Yes, signing an NDA is a standard part of our process. We ensure confidentiality right from the start of our communication to keep the information you share with us confidential. You can choose to use your own NDA template or opt for ours.
  3. What do you need to prepare a budgetary quotation?
It depends on the type of the project. For ‘fixed’ projects, we need as detailed specifications/blueprints as possible. For ‘time and materials’ projects, a general description, tech stack, and the expected skill set of our team are essential. In all cases, we recommend a scoping session as a good starting point for project discovery and definition.
  4. How much time does it take to estimate a project?
It depends on the complexity of the project, your requirements and initial information. Generally it takes 1-2 weeks to at least preliminary estimate a project.
  5. How quickly can you start a new project?
There are many factors that can impact the start of a new project. First of all, it depends on our current workload and the team composition required for a project. In general, we need 1-2 months to start a project.
  6. Where can I find references from your Clients?
You can read reviews from our clients on our Clutch profile. As most of our projects are B2B projects, we often arrange direct reference meetings or calls with our existing or past Clients. You can also explore our Case Studies page to get an in-depth look at the projects we’ve successfully completed.
  7. Do I need to be tech-savvy to start working with you?
No, that’s not necessary. You can simply share your idea with us, and our team will help you define the tech stack and build the product. However, we require that you assign a competent Product Owner/Project Manager on your end who can make decisions.
  8. How will I be involved in the project?
Your level of involvement depends on the project’s organizational structure. For agile projects, we expect you to participate in daily and regular meetings to encourage communication, collaboration, and transparency.

In contrast, standard/waterfall projects require fewer meetings. Regardless of the approach, we’ll need you to provide essential information and data for project development, such as data sheets, product details, and measurements.
  9. What happens when the product/project is completed? Do you provide support after project delivery?
Absolutely! We offer and secure a full-cycle project delivery service, starting with discovery and design, moving through development and roll-out, and concluding with ongoing support, maintenance, and DevOps. Generally, most projects we develop are designed to be scalable and ready for future development.
  10. Why is a scoping workshop important?
The scoping session is essential for aligning all stakeholders—developers, designers, project managers, and anyone else involved—on the project’s vision, objectives, and requirements. It minimizes the risks of miscommunication, thereby saving time and budget in the long run.
  11. What services do you provide?
