Frequently Asked Questions
- Where is the office of Right Information located? Our office is located in the south-western Poland, in Wroclaw. Wroclaw is well connected with Berlin, Prague and Warsaw. There is a regional airport in Wroclaw with regular flights to different European destinations.
- Do you sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)? Yes, NDA is our standard process. We sign a Non-Disclosure agreement at the beginning of communication to keep your information you share with us confidential. We can work with your NDA template or ours.
- What do you need to prepare a budgetary quotation? It depends on the type of the project. For fix projects we need as detailed specification/blueprint as possible. For time and material projects we need general description, tech stack and expected competences of our team. In general, we suggest a scoping session as a good starting point for project discovery and definition.
- How much time does it take to estimate a project? It depends on the complexity of the project, your requirements and initial information. Generally it takes 1-2 weeks to at least preliminary estimate a project.
- When can you start a new project? There are many factors that can impact the start of a new project. First of all, it depends on our current workload and the team composition required for a project. In general, we need 1-2 months to start a project.
- Where can I find your references of your Clients? Please visit our profile on the Clutch platform where you can read our reviews from our Clients. As most of our projects are B2B projects we quite often arrange a direct reference meeting or call with our Clients.
- Do I need to be tech/software-savy to start working with you? No, it’s not necessary. You can just share an idea with us and our team will help you to define a tech stack and build a product. However, we require that competent and decision making Product Owner/Project Manager will be assigned on your side.
- How I will be involved into the project? It depends on type of the project organization. For agile projects we require participation in daily and regular meetings to foster communication, collaboration and transparency.
For standard/waterfall projects the number of meetings is lower. In both cases, depending on the project specificity we require that you as a Client will deliver us any necessary information and data for project development (e.g. data sheets, product data, measurements, etc.) - What happens when product/project is completed? Do you support us after project delivery? Yes, we do. We offer and secure a full-cycle of project delivery: starting from project discovery, design, development, roll-out and finishing with continuous support, maintenance and DevOps. In general most of our projects are developed as environments ready for futher development and scaling up.
